CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy
 

This CLE Ethics, Professional Responsibility and Mental Health

and Substance Abuse courses may at times be cancelled due to

many reasons.  In the event the course is cancelled, we will notify

registered participants at least 48 hours in advance of the course

date. Upon a cancellation, students may:

  1. Request attendance at another class in the future,
  2. Receive a full refund of the course fees.

Student Cancellation Policy
 

It is understandable that a student may from time to time want to 

cancel his/her course registration.  If we are notified at least 48

hours in advance of the course, we will:

  1. Reschedule the student at a future course, or
  2. Refund 90% of the student's course fees.

Any student cancellation after the 48 hours in advance and

before the commencement of session will receive a 50%

refund of his/her course fee(s).  Cancellations by student on

or after the day of session will receive no refund of his/her

course fee(s). 

 

We reserve the right to modify this cancellation policy at a future

date.
